OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this training package, you can expect to meet the following objectives:

- Equipping the participant with a working knowledge base for REITs and InvITs

- Assessment of asset classes that you are familiar/ comfortable with

- Assess how and to what extent REITs and InvITs fit into your financial plans

- A portfolio design or a complete financial plan with an appropriate asset mix

- Providing tools to assess REITs and InvITs that are available in the market today, to help make investing decisions suitable to your conditions

TRAINING SESSION(S) DETAILS:

The training will be spread over 2 weeks.  The total time of this training is 180 minutes, and there are 2 classes of 90 minutes each, with details as follows: 

Class 1, Session 1&2(90 min): Knowledge Transfer session. This is a one to one session covering plenty of concepts, and is a unique session focused on Indian markets on REITs/ InvITs.  

Class 2, Session 3&4 (90 min): Investment education with Individualized focus and detailed Q&A

The sessions are one to one, and they are meant to be of practical relevance in shortest possible time. Also, it is meant to give a solid basis for investing now and in the future.

Further, they are perfectly designed with adequate presentations and graphs to make you understand the fundamentals of REIT & InvIT Instruments, how they function and much more. This will help you build and grow your portfolio and will help you make careful and right decisions to pick the right investment opportunities.

Session 2 (Highly Individualised session): Inputs from client will enable the session to be as per their needs. The objective of this session is to arrive at a solution to the financial goals and see how the REITs and InvITs will help meet them. This will be done taking into account existing and suggested asset classes suitable for a person's portfolio. All possible financial parameters will be evaluated and a proper framework will be chalked out for investing needs.

These will help you take your own investing decisions in a scientific manner, without need for day to day consultation.
